Advertised Price Policy
Find a lower advertised price for a comparable Oklahoma divorce document-preparation service. We’ll match it before you pay or refund the difference if you request a match within 30 days after purchase.
What qualifies
A qualifying offer is a publicly advertised price from another provider for a service you can actually purchase or obtain. The service must:
- Prepare a complete set of personalized documents for an agreed divorce in the same county you selected—Oklahoma County or Tulsa County—and include filing instructions.
- Cover the same divorce category: without children, or with children once that Unwed service becomes available.
- Use a comparable way of collecting your answers: an online questionnaire for the Self-Guided Form, or live staff assistance taking and typing your answers for the Typing Service.
The provider may be local or national. Its website, document format, and extra features do not have to be identical to ours. Public sales and promotional codes count if you qualify for the advertised offer. A genuine $0 promotion for a complete qualifying service can also count.
We also honor a lower price Unwed publicly advertises for the same service during your claim period.
How prices are compared
We compare the total required preparation price before tax, not a headline installment or starting price. Include mandatory activation, processing, membership, and subscription charges needed to obtain the complete documents and filing instructions. Optional extras and optional renewals after you obtain the complete package are excluded.
Court filing fees and other amounts paid to third parties are not part of the comparison. If a provider bundles them with preparation, the advertisement or published terms must separately identify the preparation price. We will not guess at a bundled amount.
We compare that total with the Unwed service fee you would pay, or actually paid, after discounts and any earlier price adjustment. Your matched preparation price will be the lower of those two amounts.
What is outside this policy
- Blank forms, sample documents, information-only guides, or an incomplete document package.
- Legal advice, attorney representation, mediation, or filing-only services instead of comparable document preparation.
- Offers for a different state, an unsupported county, a different divorce category, or a service that is not available to you.
- Private negotiated quotes, unpublished discounts, unverified advertisements, or a price the provider confirms was an error and was not available.
- Offers that were never valid during the applicable period described below.
A self-guided offer does not set the price of our live Typing Service. We will not reject an otherwise qualifying offer simply because it is a promotion or has a low price.
When to request a match
Before purchase: send your request while the competing offer is available. You do not need to purchase from the other provider. Once confirmed, we will honor your matched price for seven calendar days from our confirmation email.
After purchase: send your request within 30 calendar days after paying Unwed. The day after payment is day one; requests may be sent through 11:59 p.m. Central Time on day 30. The competing offer must have been available to you on the purchase date or between purchase and your request.
A dated advertisement or screenshot can establish an offer that has since ended. A timely request keeps its original request date while we verify the offer or ask for missing information.
How to request a match
Email support@unwedme.com with:
- Your Unwed service option and filing county.
- The provider’s name and a link, screenshot, or copy of the advertisement showing the service, price, date, and offer terms.
- Any promotional code and required charges needed to obtain that price.
- If you already purchased, the email used for your order and your order number, if available.
Do not send divorce documents, full payment-card numbers, or Social Security numbers. You do not need a receipt from the competing provider.
How this works with your other rights
You may submit another lower qualifying offer during the same claim period. We apply only the additional difference needed to reach the lowest qualifying price. Total price adjustments cannot exceed the service fee actually paid; we do not refund the same amount twice.
Your Satisfaction Guarantee remains available on its own terms. A price adjustment does not shorten or restart its period. If you later receive a full service-fee refund, any amount already returned is taken into account.
This policy does not make a coming-soon service available or guarantee court acceptance or a legal outcome. It does not limit your legal remedies, shorten the time to bring a legal claim, or restrict honest reviews or payment disputes.
The policy provided when you purchase governs that order. Later changes will not reduce existing coverage or a matched price already confirmed for its stated validity period.
